Looks like it's that time of year, and the amount of seasonal papercrafts floating around the net are lacking. I am issuing a contest to make any Halloween-themed papercraft from scratch, simple or complex. Pumpkins, witches, the works.

Only requirement is that you actually build it, not just design.

The contest will be judged on the 30th, and the contest winner will be rewarded on the 31st. Price is undetermined, but is most likely going to be cash. How much, I don't know, probably cheap. We can discuss terms. (I am doing this out of the good of my heart/wallet, after all).

Hmm, but what about us origami folks? Maybe there should be an origami category for original Halloween models…

of course, this means we'll need two judges, since i'm not really one to speak in the name of origami…

this ALSO means two winners, which means two prizes. I suggest someone volunteeer to judge and maybe give up a few dollars or something else for a prize.

I'll volunteer for the judging of the origami, as I'm the one who is steadily massing a hoarde of step by steps to upload.

I could judge as well, though I kind of want to try my hand at entering. I could also make some origami or stuffed things as a prize.

Do the models entered into the contest need to be colored? I might just make a pumpkin out of some plain white printer paper…

I know, it's boring, but it would still be an entry, seeing as how I don't have PS, or the paper modeling program.

It's supposed to be a pumpkin. Didn't quite fold right, and it doesn't have a face, top or bottom. I Just wanted to get something in for the contest. I feel good now about my first ever pre-designed papercraft!
